一、 ICAIS&ISAS 2025 Paper Format Requirements

Authors are requested to submit the initial draft of the paper in PDF format by March 15, 2025. The conference accepts manuscripts in English or Chinese, but the same paper shall not be submitted in both English and Chinese versions simultaneously. Both regular papers and invited papers need to be submitted through the submission system. The English version shall follow the IEEE conference template, while the Chinese version shall follow the Chinese template, and the extended abstract shall follow the extended abstract template. The initial draft paper shall not exceed 8 pages (including figures). The final version of the accepted paper shall not exceed 8 pages (including figures), and the part exceeding 6 pages shall pay the layout fee of 800 RMB/page.

When submitting the final paper, please upload the final version PDF of the paper and the source file of the final paper. If the payment has been completed by then, you can integrate the payment record as an attachment with the source file of the final paper into a compressed package file and submit it to the paper management system.

二、 ICAIS&ISAS 2025 Organizing Invited Session Requirements

ICAIS&ISAS 2025 international conference cordially invites experts and scholars to actively organize invited sessions. Each invited session generally has 1-3 chairs, each invited session should have a specific theme, and the theme should be clear and concentrated. The invited session generally has 6 papers. If you want to organize an invited session, please fill in the invited session information according to the session template (ICAIS&ISAS 2025-Invited Session Proposal.docx), then submit the application through the submission system and choose to submit as an Invited Session Proposal type. After successful submission, you will be assigned a session code. Please inform all the paper authors of your invited session of this code. If the organized invited session is approved, the application form of the invited session does not need to submit the final draft and registration.

When submitting papers for the invited session, please select Invited Session Paper and make sure to fill in the session code. If you do not know the session code, please contact the organizer of the invited session.

Note:

1. The template attachments marked in red are available for users to download.

2. Only English regular papers and English invited session special papers will be indexed by EI. Chinese regular papers, Chinese invited session special papers, and Chinese and English extended abstracts will not be indexed.
