ICAIS&ISAS 2024 paper format requirements:

Prospective authors of regular papers, invited papers and extended abstracts should submit papers electronically in PDF format. Regular papers and invited papers use format templates provided by the IEEE conference template. Extended abstracts use the extended abstracts templates. 8 pages in the first submission are allowed for each paper, including figures. A maximum of 6 pages is permitted at the final submission for accepted paper, but each page in excess of 6 will incur an extra charge of 800 CNY.

       When submitting the final manuscript, please upload the final PDF version of the paper, source files of your manuscript, if the payment has been completed by then, the payment record can be integrated as an attachment with the final paper source file into a compressed package file and submitted to the paper management system.

ICAIS&ISAS 2024 invited session requirements:

ICAIS&ISAS 2024 sincerely invites experts and scholars to actively organize invited sessions. Each invited session generally has 1-3 chairs and should have a specific topic. Generally, 6 papers are involved in each invited session. If you want to organize an invited session, please fill in the invited session template and submit it through the manuscript submission system with the type "Invited Session Proposal". A session code will be given to each invited session and the invited session organizer should informs this code to all paper authors of your invited session. If the invited session is approved, the organizer does not need to submit the final draft and does not need to register the invited session proposal.

Please select "Invited Session Paper" when submitting papers to the invited session, and fill in the session code (if you do not know, please contact the organizer of the invited session Prof. Jing(jinggangshan@cqu.edu.cn)).
